Katrina provides an open, nonjudgmental approach to her counselling practice and welcomes clients from all diverse backgrounds and identities. Katrina is currently only working virtually and is available Wednesday - Friday. She strives to walk alongside clients in respectful collaboration, supporting clients to create the change they seek. For the past 15 years, Katrina has worked in the public health sector, supporting a range of outpatient programs and services such as child/adolescent mental health, ADHD, OCD, and people living with HIV/AIDS.
Katrina works from a Feminist and Relational-Cultural Therapeutic perspective that honours our inner knowing alongside the natural push/pull between our internal and external worlds. She incorporates additional modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help create an effective set of skills and approaches tailored to meet each client’s needs.
Katrina is a graduate of Adler University and holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree. She is a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and has been practicing as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #17810) for nine years. Katrina also works for City University in Canada as an Associate Faculty and currently lives in Toronto, Ontario.

Wendy Tang holds a M.Ed in School Counselling and has nearly a decade of experience working with youth and adolescents, with a focus on fostering students’ social-emotional development and academic growth. In 2019, she founded a youth entrepreneur program, where she designed and led a summer camp, teaching essential skills like financial literacy, social enterprise, and creative problem-solving. Wendy previously worked as an Intern Counsellor and offered learning support to high school students. Prior to that, she was the Administrative Coordinator and Operations Manager at an elementary school for gifted learners.
